Being part of the team at JHP Design meant having the opportunity to work with Viennesse bakery chain Ströck. With the principles of the project being born out of the brands desire to acquire an adjoining site to one of its current bakeries and explore the possibilities of trading outside of usual daytime hours.

 

My role in the team saw me working to develop the design of the store to facilitate a fully operational bakery in the day and a restaurant/wine bar in the evenings.
